In this 90-minute workshop, I will introduce you to the world of Gua Sha. We will use a traditional stone, but we will also discuss the differences compared to an EMS Gua Sha device. It is important to use the devices correctly to achieve the full benefits.

All you need is a classic Gua Sha stone like this one and a stable internet connection with a camera so that we can immerse ourselves in the world of Gua Sha together for about 90 minutes without makeup.

You will not only learn a classic and, above all, correct Gua Sha application, but you will also receive know-how that will certainly open your eyes here and there.

This will gradually make you an expert when it comes to your physical health.
