You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your order to www.demares.de. The items must be in perfect, unused condition and all labels or
original packaging must be present.

Your order does not include a pre-printed return label. In order to receive a refund, it is necessary to submit a return request to us. Send this to info@demares.de. You will then receive all information including a return label to print out to the email address provided. A return costs a flat rate of 1.99 euros (within Germany) and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please use our packaging for returns, then you can be sure that the goods will reach us safely and undamaged. The processing time including the refund of the money to your original means of payment will usually take up to 14 days. We thank you for your understanding.
